O presente relatório enquadra a minha participação enquanto professor estagiário da disciplina de Educação Física na Escola Básica Eugénio dos Santos do Agrupamento de Escolas Rainha Dona Leonor, em Lisboa, no ano letivo de 2020/2021. O processo de estágio caracteriza-se como um momento ímpar naquela que é a integração do estagiário em contexto profissional, sendo que é o culminar com a realidade que se irá confrontar enquanto profissional. Foi, simultaneamente, uma oportunidade única para atuar como agente na inovação e elaboração de novas estratégias perante um ano atípico marcado por uma pandemia a nível global. Através deste momento de formação percebi que o trabalho de professor vai muito para além de organizar e conduzir os alunos e, devido a isso, neste relatório, abordo as diferentes áreas de intervenção do docente bem como os diferentes momentos e a sua resposta, provando que o trabalho de professor vai muito para além do processo de ensino aprendizagem. Em especial durante uma pandemia vinco a importância dos professores para se manterem preparados para aprender novos métodos de trabalho e renovar-se a cada dia que passa. Relativamente à disciplina de Educação Física tem um valor incontestável no currículo do aluno sendo que contribui para uma educação integral dos jovens. Através dos momentos de reflexão percebi que o papel a desempenhar deve assentar em relações humanas positivas em que se mobiliza os alunos a maximizar o tempo na escola, para que desenvolvam conhecimentos e também para que se tornem cidadãos conscientes no futuro próximo. Finalmente o culminar deste processo de estágio resultou numa definição daquele que pode ser o meu percurso profissional.
This report frames my participation as a trainee teacher of the Physical Education subject at Eugénio dos Santos Basic School of the Agrupamento de Escolas Rainha Dona Leonor, in Lisbon, in the academic year 2020/2021. The internship process is defined as a unique moment in the integration of the intern in a professional context, and it is the culmination with the reality that will be confronted as a professional. It was, at the same time, a unique opportunity to act as an agent in innovation and development of new strategies in an atypical year marked by a global pandemic. Through this training moment I realized that the teacher's work goes far beyond organizing and leading students and, due to that, in this report, I address the different areas of teacher intervention as well as the different moments and their response, proving that the teacher's work goes far beyond the teaching-learning process. Especially during a pandemic, I stress the importance of teachers to stay prepared to learn new working methods and renew themselves with each passing day. Regarding the discipline of Physical Education, it has an undeniable value in the student's curriculum and contributes to an integral education of young people. Through moments of reflection, I realized that the role to be played must be based on positive human relationships in which students are mobilized to maximize their time at school, so that they develop knowledge and also to become conscious citizens in the near future. Finally, the culmination of this internship process resulted in a definition of what my professional quest could be.
