O presente trabalho constitui o elemento de avaliação final do Curso de Mestrado em Análises Clínicas da Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade de Lisboa (FFUL). O documento é constituído por duas partes fundamentais. A primeira parte corresponde ao Relatório de Estágio, onde é feita a apresentação dos locais de estágio, a caracterização dos respectivos laboratórios, bem como a descrição de cada uma das valências efectuadas, destacando os ensaios realizados, o controlo de qualidade interno e a avaliação externa da qualidade.
O Estágio Profissional em Análises Clínicas decorreu em dois locais distintos, no Instituto Português de Oncologia de Lisboa Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. (IPOLFG, E.P.E), onde foram realizadas as seguintes valências: Fase Pré-Analítica, Bioquímica, Imunologia e Virologia; e no Laboratório de Análises Clínicas Nova Era - Luz, Lda., onde foi realizada a valência de Hematologia.
A segunda parte corresponde à Monografia, na qual é desenvolvido o tema "Factores de Risco da Trombose – Avaliação Laboratorial", onde se procura identificar os factores de risco associados à trombose bem como apresentar as formas de avaliação laboratorial dos mesmos.
The present document represents the element of final evaluation of the Master in Clinical Analysis of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lisbon (FFUL), and consists of two main parts. The first part corresponds to the Internship Report, where is made a presentation and a characterization of the laboratories where the internships took place, as well as a description of each of the internships areas, highlighting the assays performed, the internal quality control and external evaluation of quality. The Professional Internship in Clinical Analysis where held in two different locations. At the Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Lisbon, Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. (IPOLFG, E.P.E), where the following internship areas were performed: Pre-analytical, Clinical Biochemistry, Immunology and Virology, and at the Clinical Laboratory Nova Era - Luz, Lda., where the internship in Hematology was held. In the second part of this document is presented the theme "Risk Factors for Thrombosis - Laboratory Evaluation", where is made a brief description of the risk factors associated with thrombosis and a presentation of forms of laboratory assessment.
