O estágio pedagógico apresenta-se como uma das oportunidades mais enriquecedoras, que o professor dispõe no seu currículo formativo. O presente documento tem como finalidade o relato das experiências, suportadas por uma análise reflexiva, que ocorreram durante o ano letivo 2017-2018, na escola básica integrada Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre. O documento providencia um momento reflexivo em relação às quatro áreas presentes do guia de estágio, que estipularam as possíveis rotas durante esta viagem. As áreas são as seguintes: Área 1: organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem; área 2: investigação e inovação pedagógica; área 3: participação na escola; área 4: relação com a comunidade. A navegação entre as 4 áreas permitiu a aquisição de competências essenciais inerentes à prática de um professor. A reflexão surge como ferramenta essencial na construção da identidade profissional de um docente. Através da análise sobre a própria prática o professor inteira-se do filme que se desenrolou na aula, podendo deste modo ajustá-lo para corresponder aos objetivos e necessidades educativas dos alunos. Como consequência deste processo foi potenciado o crescimento pessoal e profissional do docente. O foco de qualquer viagem que queira rumar em direção à propagação do conhecimento, tem de se sustentar nas aprendizagens dos alunos. Torna-se deste modo essencial que as aprendizagens não se tornem restritas à aquisição dos conteúdos previstos, mas sim que privilegie a formação harmoniosa e multilateral dos jovens. Este documento permite assim elucidar o leitor face a toda a ação, projeção e avaliação articulada nas diversas atividades de estágio.
pedagogical stage presents itself as one of the most enriching opportunities that the teacher has in his formative curriculum. The purpose of this document is to describe the experiences, supported by a reflexive analysis, that occurred during the 2017-2018 school year, in the integrated basic school Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre. The document provides a thoughtful moment into the relation of the four areas present in the internship guide, which stipulated the possible routes during this journey. The areas are the following: Area 1: organization and management of teaching and learning; area 2: research and pedagogical innovation; area 3: participation in school; area 4: relationship with the community. The navigation between the four areas allowed the acquisition of essential competences inherent to the practice of a teacher. Reflection appears as an essential tool in the construction of the professional identity of a teacher. Through the analysis of the practice itself, the teacher becomes aware of the film that unfolded in the classroom, thus adjusting it to match the students' educational goals and needs. As a consequence of this process the personal and professional growth of the teacher is boosted. The focus of any journey that wants to move towards the spread of knowledge, has to be sustained in the learnings of the students. It is thus essential that learning should not be restricted to the acquisition of the intended contents, but rather should favor the harmonious and multilateral formation of young people. This document allows to elucidate the reader against all the action, projection and evaluation articulated in the diverse activities of internship.
