Este artigo foca um grupo de intelectuais argentinos e brasileiros que mantiveram relações culturais, durante o século XIX, quando o Brasil vivia sob o império de D. Pedro II e a Argentina encontrava-se sob a ditadura de Juan Manuel Rosas.
The present article focuses on a group of Argentinian and Brazilian intelectuals who kept cultural and literary relationships during the 19th century, when Brazil was under D. Pedro II´s empire and Argentina was under the dictatorship of Juan Manoel Rosas.
