The curricular internship done at ICEL - Indústria de Cutelarias da Estremadura, S.A. lasted four months and had the main goal of realizing a study about the conditions for the implementation of a subscription service for the rental of school cases with the company's second choice knives. A work plan was executed with the following phases: a gathering of all the information about the current operation of the company; an analysis of the service's target audience, define the problem; define the characteristics and requisites for the operational start of the service to discuss ideas, measure and order results with the company's elements. It was preliminarily concluded that the service may be viable, and in order to confirm it's economic, social and environmental viability, it becomes necessary to validate a pilot project
