Resumo(s)
O objetivo do seguinte trabalho é demonstrar a
importância de requalificar e reabilitar o nosso
Património, mais concretamente, a Casa Senhorial, como
meio de valorizar o nosso Património Arquitectónico e
Histórico, através de intervenções de requalificação
sustentáveis.
Para isso, é necessário reconhecer e analisar a
metodologia adoptada nas estratégias e princípios de
uma arquitectura sustentável, e aplicá-las de acordo
com as necessidades do projecto proposto e lugar onde
se encontra.
O tema implusionador deste trabalho é a produção do
vinho e o turismo cultural, no fundo trata-se de um
conceito de enoturismo, onde é desenvolvida uma
proposta de requalificação sustentável da Quinta da
Lama integrando e respeitando a história, o pré existente,
a memória rural do lugar , a Natureza e a paisagem.
ABSTRACT: The objective of the following work is to demonstrate the importance of requalifying and rehabilitating our patrimony, specifically the Manor House, as a means of enhancing our architectural and historical heritage through sustainable rehabilitation interventions. For this, it is necessary to recognize and analyze the methodology adopted in the strategies and principles of a sustainable architecture, and to apply them according to the needs of the proposed project and place where it is. The underlying theme of this work is the production of wine and cultural tourism. Overall, this work is a concept of enotourism, where a proposal for sustainable requalification of Quinta da Lama is developed integrating and respecting history, pre-existing, rural memory of the location, nature and the landscape.
