- Design automóvel : novo conceito para um modelo no grupo VolkswagenPublication . Duarte, Nuno Miguel Oliveira, 1984-; Parra, Paulo, 1961-; Gouveia, André, 1983-This study intends to present a new concept to a model in the Volkswagen Group, a niche market where the brand isn’t present but has the potential to strengthen the goal of becoming the number one automotive manufacturer. To introduce is important to addresses the automotive history since the birth until today, where we understand which models were important and for what reasons. We also understand that in Portugal in spite of the great amount of auto enthusiasts the tradition of automotive production is much recent than in other countries. Then we study the history of automotive design, were we analyze the cars by their shapes and lines. In this short description we distinguish the company’s or studios that dominate for long decades this thematic. As to expect in this company’s, as in the automotive brands, work designers that search to marvel with prototypes and following production models. There is still a short description of the Volkswagen history, from the first start and how they will fulfil the objective of becoming the largest automotive production group worldwide. We analyze as well the platform MQB that is present in the vehicles of the brand and will be common to all models of the group. At last the proposal of a new model for Volkswagen is presented, starting the work with the body shell type and in which platform will it adapt better. Through the research previously done and in mind the prototypes presented by Volkswagen in the last Auto Shows, we present sketches and a descriptive memory of the propose Roadster
- Relevância e efeitos da responsabilidade internacional por atos de pessoas coletivas particularesPublication . Sousa, Núbia Macedo de; Baptista, Eduardo CorreiaO Direito cria sujeitos para fins lícitos e com este objetivo são criadas de pessoas coletivas privadas. Ademais, estas nascem a priori, do desejo humano de conquistar de meios para a manutenção e desenvolvimento da vida. As pessoas coletivas privadas em sua dinâmica são instrumentos de geração de riqueza para os Estados e para os indivíduos. Porém, algumas pessoas coletivas privadas com o propósito de atingir seus interesses revertem sua força e poder de forma ilícita contra Direitos da Comunidade Internacional, inclusive contra Direitos Universais. Neste diapasão, o Direito das Gentes em sua práxis se impõe perante estas infrações e responsabiliza internacionalmente os Estados que ilicitamente permitam que os entes coletivos privados violem Direitos consagrados pela Ordem Jurídica Internacional. A presente investigação tem como objeto identificar como a Ordem Jurídica Internacional se manifesta frente aos atos das pessoas coletivas privadas causadoras de dano aos interesses e aos Direitos protegidos internacionalmente, e quais as conseqüências que os Estados podem sofrer quando por um ato ilícito permitam que pessoas coletivas privadas violem os Direitos Internacionais que se obrigou proteger. Com este propósito evidenciaremos algumas noções fundamentais da pessoa coletiva privada, para sustentar uma compreensão mais especifica sobre sua natureza. Frente a isso identificaremos como o Direito Internacional vem buscando proteger Direitos Universais e como se posiciona frente a condutas ilícitas das pessoas coletivas privadas em uma perspectiva penal. Conhecer a responsabilidade internacional dos Estados como conseqüência de danos causados por pessoas coletivos privadas é ponto crucial desta labor. Para tanto, veremos a posição dos Estados em relação aos Direitos internacionais, com objetivo de contextualizar a responsabilidade internacional do Estado e identificar seus atos ilícitos frente à conduta de pessoas coletivas privadas que resultam em lesão aos Direitos internacionais.
