Although over time the implementation of these systems has changed, the concept of bikeshare systems has continued in line with the original concept, that is, the provision of bicycles on the public road, allowing the user to pickup the bicycle in a certain place and delivery it to another, within the coverage area of the system. Given the challenge prepared by the Lisbon Urban Data Laboratory, the objective of this project work is to optimize the pickup and delivery routes of the Gira shared bike system in Lisbon. Firstly, the mobility patterns of the Gira system are analysed. Through several graphic representations, it was concluded that the pattern of use of the system was similar to each other during the weekdays and similar to each other during the weekend days. The observations of weekdays and weekends were separated. Then, the evolution of the number of bicycles in the stations for a given period is predicted using Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Models. Finally, the Pickup and Delivery Route Model is defined. It was concluded that the model could only be used in instances with less than 50 stations.porModelos Autorregressivos Integrados e de Médias Móveis SazonaisRotas de Recolha e EntregaSistema de bicicletas partilhadasTeses de mestrado - 2023Otimização das rotas de recolha e entrega de bicicletas partilhadas em Lisboamaster thesis203524713
