The internship’s primary goal was to explore the application of data analytics techniques to optimize a management process, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of work for employees. The internship involved a analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies. A review of industry best practices was conducted to guide the development of a solution tailored to the specific entrepreneurial context. The solution developed used data analytics to automate processes, improve data integrity and optimize resource allocation. The findings demonstrate how data analytics can drive improvements in resource management and overall strategic decision-making.
