It’s a case study that analyses the relation between museums and their senior community, evaluating in situ residents of a geographical area, the district of Cascais, and a museum, the House of Stories Paula Rego. In understanding this context we will seek to present new solutions that enable a cultural mediation promoter of an active aging, and a closer relationship between museum and community.
