A presente dissertação propõe a análise da responsabilidade internacional estabelecida em virtude da violação das obrigações erga omnes, as quais representam um interesse comum por parte de toda Comunidade Internacional em razão dos valores fundamentais por elas protegidos. Caminharemos em um sentido que nos permita extrair, a partir da análise da jurisprudência da Corte Internacional de Justiça, o que a principal corte internacional do mundo tem nos revelado em matéria de responsabilidade internacional pelo incumprimento de obrigações erga omnes e o que carece de um melhor aprofundamento quanto à matéria.Characterizing a legal system based on its conception of responsibility, which includes everything from the subjects of law that this system regulates to the means of control and coercion it enshrines, it is certain that International Public Law, despite its specificities, brings with it the basis for assessments to be determined in the event of compliance with its standards. This dissertation proposes an analysis of the international responsibility imposed due to the violation of erga omnes obligations, insofar as they represent a common interest on the part of the entire International Community due to the fundamental values protected by them.
