The most important reflections since 2019 are presented, involving film history and theory, new media, essay films and queer studies. The text is divided into two parts: “Prologue” and “Queer Utopia”. In the first one, reflections obtained from my first contact with Virtual Reality are presented when making an immersive essay film entitled “Handwritten”.
