Sobreviver ao cancro é uma realidade para milhões de pessoas em todo o mundo, sendo uma experiência incomparável e distinta de que o enfermeiro pode beneficiar de uma compreensão profunda, tanto teoricamente quanto na prática. Em relação ao Cancro do Cólon e Reto, é um dos mais prevalentes em todo o mundo, e a vivência de incerteza surge como dimensão nuclear da experiência de sobrevivência. Deste modo, o objetivo principal deste estudo foi desvelar a estrutura da experiência de vida universal sentir incerteza dos sobreviventes de Cancro do Cólon e Reto, seguindo o paradigma tornar-se humano, ao longo de todo o processo empírico. Por conseguinte, utilizou-se o Método de investigação de Parse, um processo fenomenológico-hermenêutico, que se desenrola em três etapas, envolvimento dialógico, extração-síntese e interpretação heurística, para responder à pergunta: Qual a estrutura da experiência de vida universal sentir incerteza dos sobreviventes de Cancro do Cólon e Reto? Dez sobreviventes aceitaram participar neste estudo. O achado principal do estudo é: sentir incerteza é inquietação com trepidação ambígua surgindo com esforço árduo emergindo com alianças diversas. Os achados confirmam sentir incerteza como experiência de vida universal dos sobreviventes de Cancro do Cólon e Reto, pertinente à vivência de qualidade do ser humano universo, agregando novos conhecimentos de enfermagem, promovendo a expansão e compreensão do paradigma tornar-se humano. Além disso, fornece insights para futuras investigações de enfermagem sobre este fenómeno, ainda pouco estudado, e contribui para orientar a prática de enfermagem, vivenciando a arte com conhecimento mais profundo sobre a vivência de qualidade dos sobreviventes de Cancro do Cólon e Reto enquanto sentem incerteza.This study explored the phenomenon of feeling unsure, a universal living experience of Colorectal Cancer survivors living quality. Surviving cancer is a reality to millions of people worldwide, and is an incomparable, and distinct experience that nurses can benefit of a deep comprehension, either theoretically as in practice. Concerning Colorectal Cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide, and unsureness emerges as nuclear dimension of the survivorship experience. Thereby, the main aim of this study was to unveil the structure of the living experience of feeling unsure of Colorectal Cancer survivors, following humanbecoming paradigm throughout the whole empiric process. Thus, was used the Parse Research Method, a phenomenological-hermeneutic three staged process, dialogical engagement, extraction-synthesis and heuristic interpretation, to answer the question: What is the structure of the living experience of feeling unsure of Colorectal Cancer survivors? Ten Colorectal Cancer survivors accepted to participate in this study. The central finding of the study is: feeling unsure is disquiet uneasiness with ambiguous trepidation arising with arduous endeavoring surfacing with diverse alliances. The findings confirm feeling unsure as a universal living experience of Colorectal Cancer survivors, pertaining to the living quality of humanuniverse, adding new nursing knowledge, promoting the expansion and understanding of the humanbecoming paradigm.
