The results show that professionals who work in the private sector have a higher level of WRQOL than those who work in the government, and more autonomy in decision-making. Professionals with regular or permanent positions have also a higher level of WRQOL than those who work on contractual basis whether in the public or private sector. We conclude that work-related quality varies between the status of employment, stability in the workplace and professional autonomy.engSocial Work; Quality of Life; Work; Autonomy; Stability. An exploratory study on quality of life of Filipino social workers: stability and professional autonomyjournal article10.1080/02185385.2022.2117240
