Physical examination displayed an extensive unpainful and well-defined mass in his left ankle’s posterolateral side. The lesion had multiple red, subcutaneous nodules with draining sinus tracts and grain discharge. Magnetic resonance imaging did not reveal osteomyelitis. A skin biopsy revealed granules in suppuration areas surrounded by eosinophilic material (Splendore-Hoeppli phenomenon).engAn unusual cause of eumycetoma - Fusarium solani keratoplasticumUna causa inusual de eumicetoma - Fusarium solani keratoplasticumjournal article10.1016/j.ad.2021.04.0131578-2190
