Na esteira deste raciocínio e segundo o desígnio pretendido, percorremos todo o edifício legal criado no plano teórico, para o cenário de desaparecimento de crianças, com vista a salvaguardar o seu almejado superior interesse, perante as difíceis circunstâncias em que a mesma é colocada, assinalando jurisprudência, doutrina, elencando, outrossim, as especificidades dos contributos emprestados à sociedade, por cada um dos órgãos, nos limites das respectivas atribuições, para que a final se permita uma percepção global do sistema em vigor.The present dissertation has a view over the serious reality of a child disappearance, namely since the first hours of such a fact, going, summarily to the processualy intervenient institutions, available legal tools and the existing mechanisms of response, at national and international levels.
