The project emerges from the consolidation of the new recently governance model adopted by SCML - Integrated Governance - which seeks to address and respond to the most important social problems posed nowadays. To this end, this thesis presents a theoretical-practical project for which it developed a Evolutionary Optimal Space Model based on the design thinking methodology as an approach the questions at hand.
