O objetivo deste relatório consiste na caracterização do trabalho desenvolvido por um Gestor do Desporto, durante três meses, no Departamento Desportivo de uma das Federações Multidesportivas mais ativas da Europa. Para além da caracterização da Federação, pretende-se ainda transmitir o conceito e a importância do Desporto no Ensino Superior em Portugal. Demonstrar como se estrutura e organiza os Campeonatos Nacionais Universitários, entre os quais o principal evento nacional organizado pela FADU, as Fases Finais dos Campeonatos Nacionais Universitários em modalidades coletivas. Serão apresentados os objetivos e tarefas desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, desde os trabalhos de pesquisa aos contributos para o futuro da Federação, às funções desempenhadas antes e durante as provas e as diferentes perspetivas, enquanto atleta e Staff, no decorrer das Fases Finais dos Campeonatos Nacionais Universitários Aveiro 2018.This report presents the work developed during a curricular internship of the Master's degree in Management of Sport, held in the Academic Federation of University Sports. The objective of this report is to characterize the work carried out by a Sports Manager for three months in the Sports Department of one of the most active Multi-Sport Federations in Europe. In addition to the characterization of the Federation, it is also intended to convey the concept and importance of Sports in Higher Education in Portugal. It shows how the National Academic Championships are structured and organized, including the main national event organized by FADU, the Final Phases of the National Academic Championships in collective sports.
