Three years have passed, but its impact on dermatology practice is still important. We report a case of a 46-year-old woman, Fitzpatrick's phototype III, who presented to our Dermatology Emergency Department with a 3-day history of a painful skin eruption on the face, neck, trunk and upper limbs associated with fever. The patient mentioned sore throat, dry cough, malaise and myalgia during the three previous days. She denied any other symptoms and did not take medications or apply topical products. She had been vaccinated against COVID-19 with the BNT162b2-mRNA vaccine three times (over 6 months before).engjournal article10.1111/jdv.190381468-3083
