Recent developments on dialect syntax enlarged the empirical ground for researching dialect differentiation and call for new regards upon the identification of dialects. This paper presents and discusses the geographical distribution of a selection of non-standard syntactic constructions in European Portuguese, drawn from the dialect corpus CORDIAL-SIN.
