O presente relatório descreve o estágio realizado no departamento de prospeção na época 2020/2021 onde realizei funções como recolher dados para análises estatísticas de jogadores que competem em Portugal, observar, analisar e identificar jogadores de elevado potencial através de jogos em formato de vídeo e gerir o e-mail do departamento. A experiência e conhecimento proveniente deste estágio, impactou a minha jovem carreira profissional.Founded in 1904, Sport Lisboa and Benfica is a club whose main sport is soccer. Its sport history elects it as one of the best Portuguese and European clubs. Currently, it is experiencing a moment of great affirmation due to its soccer academy, which was considered, in 2015 and 2019, by the Globe Soccer Awards, as the best in the world. The club's strategy involves investing in training, which the purpose is to develop and train young players for the highest competitive level. This principle, increases even more Club's Prospecting Department, by the identification, selection and hiring of potential players for training in the young football level.
