Trata-se, por um lado, de perceber em que medida esta conciliação limita o exercício de cada um dos direitos. Por outro lado, explora-se o facto de o regime de proteção de dados ser fonte de direitos à informação e, portanto, se poder projetar positivamente sobre o primeiro.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the right of access to administrative information and reconcile it with the right to the protection of personal data, whose legal framework is essentially set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. On the one hand, the aim is to understand to what extent this reconciliation limits the exercise of each right.
