O resultado, é um exemplar único intitulado Scrapbook do Quotidiano. O livro apresenta urna narrativa autobiográfica, aberta à interpretação, dos eventos diários de Setembro de 2024 a Setembro de 2025. A apresentação seguinte encontra-se dividida em duas partes: urna teórica e urna prática. A primeira investiga a história do livro de artista desde a invenção do livro à sua formalização corno categoria artística. Inclusive, explora o livro de artista autobiográfico e o livro corno guardião do banal e dos momentos do dia a dia. Ainda tem corno foco, o livro de "sobras" ou o scrapbook, que é significativo corno inspiração para o processo criativo do trabalho prático, pela sua essência colecionadora e nostálgica. A segunda parte detalha a metodologia referente ao elemento prático. Relata a encadernação e construção do livro de artista, aproveitando a cada instante o uso de materiais do dia a dia ou pré-existentes. Vários trabalhos são descritos corno, por exemplo, a produção de papel, bordados e colagens. Todos representam o quotidiano e a sua ligação ao livro de artista. O projeto pretende investigar a beleza do banal, criando um livro de artista que realça o que por vezes passa despercebido e que guarda memórias efémeras para a posteridade.The Project developed for the Masters in Drawing, explores the theme of the quotidian within the format of the artist's book. The result is the sole copy, A Scrapbook of the Quotidian. The book presents an autobiographical narrative, open to interpretation, of the daily events from September 2024 to September 2025. The following presentation is divided into two parts: one that deals with the theory surrounding the topic at hand and one that provides the description of the creation of the artistic object. The first analyses the history of the artist book, from the invention of the book to its formalisation as an artistic category. It also explores the autobiographical artist's book and the book as a guardian of the ordinary and the day to day moments. As another point of focus, it looks at the book of "scraps" or the scrapbook, which is significant as a source of inspiration for the creative process of the practical element, due to its nostalgic and collector-like essence. The second part details the methodology of the practical element. It recounts the construction and binding of the artist's book, making use of everyday or pre-existing materials whenever possible. Various works are described such as, handmade paper, embroidery and collage. All of them reflecting daily life and its connection to the artist's book.
