Lack of knowledge about many of them, led the implementation of this work. An exhaustive survey of the 24 units of the District and a full record of each unit was made, proceeding to the analysis museum. The interconnection of all these units in a proximity “network" where the sharing of objectives, services, resources and knowledge, became a common desire, guided the research.
