O relatório terá como objetivo sintetizar todo o ano letivo, abarcando e interligando as quatro áreas de formação, bem como as particularidades de cada uma. Destaca-se a análise reflexiva, algumas projeções para o futuro sobre diversas aprendizagens e a integração de um estudo de investigação-ação que aborda a relação entre a retenção escolar e o bullying na escola em questão. O estágio pedagógico é uma etapa de formação marcante na vida dos futuros professores, pois é a partir deste que se faz a transição de aluno para docente, atravessado por um natural choque de realidades. Neste processo, o estagiário aprende a ensinar e aprende enquanto ensina. A experiência adquirida no processo de estágio, a lecionação, a partilha de conhecimento e os erros cometidos foram fulcrais para a minha formação e para o meu futuro enquanto profissional.The present paper consists of a description of, and a reflection on, the pedagogical internship experience as an intern teacher in Gama Barros Elementary and Secondary School. The aim of this report is to summarize the school year while covering and interconnecting the four training areas as well as the particular elements of each one. Emphasis will be given to the reflective analysis, to some future projections with regards to several aspects of the training and to the inclusion of an action research study which approaches the relation between school retention and bullying in the aforementioned school. The pedagogical internship is a remarkable training stage for future teachers as it allows for the transition from being a student to becoming a teacher, which is marked by a natural clash of realities. Throughout this process, the intern learns to teach and teaches while learning.
