However, this project is much more than that, being the culmination of an investigation and analysis into the process of developing and creating a comic book, with a focus on the artistic and collaborative development between writer and illustrator. The aim of this project is both the book itself and the entire creative process that supports it. Starting with the pre-production phase, where the conceptual elements of the project are covered, such as the idea, definition of objectives and development of the story and characters. Are also analyzed, the materials and techniques used, both traditional – pencils, inks – and digital, and the role they play in getting as close as possible to the final goal.
