The theoretical component of this project makes an effort to better understand what the Design Process is and its importance in developing a product, culminating in the Process Map that guides the practical component of this project. The relationship between window frames and rooftop tents seems non-existent at a first glance, but the rooftop tent needs the same accessories and parts to function. This is the case with hinges, locks, handles, and even the structure itself and its different materials, which can offer advantages in terms of strength, weight, and customisation options. In reality, a tent is nothing more than a window lying flat with a fabric or canvas covering its opening. This was the main reason for choosing this theme. Adapting an industry that has already been exploited and is easy to find suppliers to develop a product that, although not new, is in high demand.porDesign de ProdutoProcesso de DesignTenda de TejadilhoCaixilhariaIndústriaDesign de equipamentoDesign industrialDesenvolvimento de uma tenda de tejadilho: adaptação da indústria da caixilharia de portas e janelasmaster thesis203930819
