However, this mediation is the one that makes information intelligible. Having that said, this dissertation intents to emphasize the importance of data-information mediation including its creative flows, together with the current collaboration culture on the web. The idea addressed in this document relies on the development of a methodology, capable of transforming “raw data” into information. A case study is driven over the online epidemic data platform Epidemic Marketplace, applying the proposed methodology. Presented here, is the creation and development of the website for the same platform and its dynamic information organization “model”, divided in two components: static and dynamic. The last one creates an interactive browsing system, through metadata relations.
