Assim como em qualquer relação, no ambiente desportivo, principalmente em seu caráter profissional, se fazem presentes todos os aspetos comuns do cenário civil, porém, com particularidades que merecem uma atenção considerável, para que haja um entendimento, com fulcro nas melhorias e seguranças necessárias, em prol das vidas envolvidas e do valor pecuniário que o mercado administra. O debate se fixa em específico no âmbito do futebol, com o intuído de enxergar e buscar respostas para as mais variadas situações que essa classe de desporto apresenta no cenário jurídico. Como todos sabemos o desporto deixou de ser apenas uma atividade física ou um mero lazer a bastante tempo, passando a ser uma atividade profissional de auto rendimento. Em virtude dessa evolução dentro do cerne do desporto, o direito, como balizador e garantidor da ordem, necessita estar em constante atualização para atender as demandas que surgem diariamente. Assim analisaremos a formação dos inúmeros meios contratuais existentes no mundo da bola, suas particularidades e especificidades. O interesse é entender os mecanismos contratuais no futebol, o envolvimento e a administração dos atletas menores de idade, bem como, a realização dos contratos para esse grupo cobiçado de jogadores. Estudar a interferência ativa dos agentes e intermediários na formação e realização dos vínculos, com o desejo de deixar cristalino o exercício de controle dos clubes sobre os atletas e a administração das ligas em relação aos colaboradores do desporto. Questionar a segurança dos jovens atletas em transferências nacionais e internacionais, voltando o debate justamente para o respeito da real manifestação de vontade dos jogadores, analisando se a regulamentação da FIFA de impedimento de transferência internacional antes dos dezoito anos de idade é apenas protetora ou cerceadora de direito.This paper aims to draw the attention of sports enthusiasts, as well as those who may not be so familiar with the regulations, to the particular issues that this scenario presents. As in any relationship, within the sporting environment—especially in its professional sphere—all common aspects of civil relations are present. However, there are particularities that deserve considerable attention in order to promote understanding, focused on the necessary improvements and safeguards for the lives involved and the financial value managed by the sports market. The debate is specifically centered on football, with the intention of understanding and seeking answers to the various situations this sport presents within the legal framework. As we all know, sports have long ceased to be merely a physical activity or simple leisure, becoming a high-performance professional activity. Due to this evolution within the core of sports, the law, as a regulator and guarantor of order, must remain in constant development to address the demands that arise on a daily basis. Thus, this study will analyze the formation of the numerous contractual mechanisms that exist in the football world, along with their particularities and specificities. The main interest lies in understanding the contractual mechanisms in football, the involvement and management of underage athletes, as well as the execution of contracts concerning this highly sought-after group of players. It also seeks to examine the active interference of agents and intermediaries in the establishment and execution of these legal relationships, with the aim of making clear the exercise of control by clubs over athletes and the management of leagues in relation to sports stakeholders. This paper questions the safety of young athletes in both national and international transfers, focusing the debate precisely on respecting the true expression of the players’ will.
