Ser professor acarreta muito mais do que o processo ensino-aprendizagem, sendo percetível a participação em várias vertentes do ensino e não só, uma realidade para mim desconhecida. Nos vários capítulos tento descrever os objetivos que tinha, as dificuldades que senti e como fui tentando superá-las.This report serves as the final document of the pedagogical internship carried out at the Escola básica e secundária da Cidadela, in the academic year 2022/2023. Throughout the document, a description and reflective analysis will be made about my experience as an intern, highlighting the four areas of training: Area 1 - Organization and management of teaching and learning; Area 2 - Innovation and pedagogical research; Area 3 – Participation in school; Area 4 – Relationship with the community. Being a teacher involves much more than the teaching-learning process, with participation in various aspects of teaching and beyond being noticeable, an unknown reality for me.
