Am NDVI image captured at veraison gives information about the vineyard zones that stop the development stage and where the maturation is will probably occur more quickly. In this study NDVI images were used to delimit almost homogenous zones in the terms od NDVI value. In these zones, maturation control was made and two wines of each variety (Syrah and Touriga nacional) were separately produced.porgrapevineselective harvestingremote sensingmultispectral imageryNDVIvideirasegmentação da vindimadetecção remotaimagens multiespectraisSegmentação da vindima com base na observação de imagens multiespectrais aéreasmaster thesis
