Resumo: | With the increase in the exchange of goods in the cities and with the growth of the population, the same cities were expanding. The post-industrial period, structure or mainly the space of the capital capitalist society as a series of necessities of the 20th century, organized by the public was reflected in the 20th century. Society began to turn around to meet the need for itself of yore. The new form of change was also not included for, through connecting people to this change itself as the foot, which deprived the person of connection to this social change itself. The lack of an urban space dedicated to a study in the cities was created so that it becomes a determined moment for people's desires. With this, the concept of urban design was created to contribute to this need for urban space. Beyond the static sense is the practical sense, so it is up to this design to generate an egalitarian method, to which everyone has my access rights. However, there are spaces that still observe observation, and this is where society comes in, it is a collective force that generates urban change. Tactical urbanism is nothing more than a low-cost, temporary process that aims to change the city to meet urban needs. Low cost enables investment margin without capital investment and possible short duration visualization for possible increase in time error. Still little studied the rights of the city can be a collaborative process that goes against the city. In the case of Lisbon, some projects were designed that will emphasize areas of coexistence and pedestrian mobility in the urban space. |
