Resumo: | Interna project is positioned in the study field of Site-Specific Performance. It unfolds in an investigative parallelism, practical by nature, between the field of Contemporary Dance - using Somatic Practices, as a relevant technical tool - and Ecology. In this context, there is a methodological support with origins in the references of Art as Research/Practice-led Research, and in the history of personal practice, framed in the work developed with Amalgama Companhia de Dança. These themes also intersect with an approach made in the field of Technology, in the area of Digital Performance, since this is the designation that crosses Performing Arts and Performance - where the project is located. Taking into account the research question - how to potentiate a digital performance, in the context of dance, in order to generate an interactivity work-public, of eco-somatic value, Interna starts from the movement as media, to reach the composition of an interdisciplinary performance, that dissolves frontiers between artistic practices, and dialogues forms, dynamics, sensations, scales, structures and interactions on Earth. The movement designates a unifying element, common to all existence, as well as an instrument of recognition in the being/being and being/environment relationships, which may allow the beginning of an ecological awareness, anchored in a process of tuning and integration of the parts in the whole. To this end, work is developed around Somatics, as a facilitating field for the subjective expression of the human being and his experience as body, mind, and spirit. This work develops side by side with a dramaturgy oriented towards (1) the work of the body in conjunction with visual communication technologies, and towards (2) the observation of the ecology between the component elements of a remote digital dance - which does not lack the hybridity characteristic of transmedia practices, and can also be experienced in person |
