Resumo: | The dialog between tradition and inovation has been widly studied, thought and target of a growing interest. This interest arises from consumer observation and of a society tendency to express new approaches to the traditional way. With this concept, a notion of difference and excellence is achieved, preserving authenticity in na increasingly globalized society. From the interest in keeping the roots of traditional culture, associated with new concepts and technologies, emerges the idea of studying solutions that envolve the collaboration of the several elements involve, while you create visibility for this connection. This research seeks to develop a reflection and a critical discourse that spans the study of the origin and the current presence of the craftsman in diferente times. This way, its intended to understand the facts that shaped the current election by the product developed, on a more human and personal scale. Its proposed that the theoretical research supports the understanding of the elements that contribute to the development of a concept, framed in the demands of a society that hopes to achieve a slowdown in rhythm and na appreciation of the detail. The theoretical concepts find their resolution in the design of an equipment that encompasses the concepts of tradition and innovation, allied to an intermediate space. In the proposal, the individual component of each element is inserted - a designer, a craftsman and the public. This link is made respecting the individual contribution of each one, interconnected by the common component. Here, the elements connect for a common goal: the invigoration of the art of craftsmanship. It is investigated how an equipment can serve the population socially and culturally, locating the intention in space. The object is intended to value knowledge and culture in a public way, promoting innovation and the sharing of knowledge, respecting the tradition already known. |
