Under this policy, in 2008, came the initiative e.escolinha and, since then, has been present in Portuguese primary schools. Other ICT tools, including the interactive whiteboard, LMS platforms and software are part of the Portuguese school environment. This project, developed in the context of the classroom, had as its main purpose to understand the impact that ICT can play in the interactions of children. The approach used in this project is designated by the mixed method, combining and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data in a single study. In obtaining the data resorted to written questionnaires, informal interviews and participant observation. After analyzing the data, it was concluded that pupils when using ICT, are more motivated, better understand the syllabus, increases attention span and prefer colorful and dynamic activities.
