A circulação de gentes e cousas entre Portugal e Castela nos séc. XIV e XV

Abstract

A realização deste trabalho deve-se há intenção de querer aprofundar a temática relativamente ao desenvolvimento das relações políticas, diplomáticas, económicas e comerciais entre Portugal e Castela no final da Idade Média. Devido à vastidão do tema optámos por analisar quais foram as complicações e adversidades no que diz respeito à passagem de bens e de pessoas nas fronteiras medievais entre os dois reinos em tempos de guerra e de paz. A escolha deste tema deve-se à sua importância na História Medieval Portuguesa e à sua presença na atualidade pois ainda nos dias de hoje a economia dos diferentes países depende da importação e exportação e das facilidades ou dificuldades no mesmo. Ao longo do mesmo trabalho académico, as afirmações realizadas vão ser suportadas por referências bibliográficas e citações de fontes da época e obras oficiais e académicas.

The accomplishment of this work is based on the intention of deepening information regarding the development of the political, diplomatic, economic and commercial relations between Portugal and Castile at the end of the Middle Ages, and what were their complications and adversities that both had regarding to the passage of goods and people in the medieval frontiers between the two kingdoms in times of war and peace. Due to the vastness of the theme we have chosen to analyze the complications and adversities regarding the passage of goods and people on the medieval borders between the two kingdoms in times of war and peace. The choice of this theme is due to its importance in Portuguese Medieval History and its presence currently because even in the present day the economy of different countries depends on import and export and the facilities or difficulties in it. Throughout the same academic work, the statements made will be supported by bibliographic references and citations from sources of the time and official and academic works.
