Resumo(s)
In this study will be analyzed statistically the chronologies of 282 Hellenistic shipwrecks (III up to I century BC)
found in the Western part of the Mediterranean Sea. Through the sum of their weighted averages it will be
possible to draw a graph of their chronological distribution. Moreover, it will be discussed the connection
between the “historical anchoring” of the events selected and the interpretation of the archaeological data.
