Uma análise compreensiva-hermenêutica da resistência social pró-ciência contra a gestão anticiência da pandemia Covid-19 do governo federal do Brasil.

Abstract

O trabalho apresenta um desvelamento do fenômeno de resistência social pró-ciência, ocorrido no Brasil, durante a pandemia Covid-19, em resposta à gestão anticiência empreendida pelo governo federal, causadora de um número de mortes desproporcionais para a população e sendo impactante para um país que tinha um Plano de Imunizações modelo, que não foi utilizado pelo presidente. Esta resistência envolveu membros da sociedade civil e dos outros poderes da República. O trabalho, sendo feito pela epistemologia Fenomenologia-Existencial Hermenêutica, investiga o fenômeno no mundo fático, contextualizado, para entender o que possibilita o fenômeno a nível local e global, já que o negacionismo tem ligações com o fascismo contemporâneo, articulado internacionalmente. Assim como a resistência ancora-se em valores científicos e democráticos.

The work presents an unveiling of the phenomenon of pro-science social resistance, which occurred in Brazil, during the Covid-19 pandemic, in response to the anti-science management undertaken by the federal government, causing a disproportionate number of deaths for the population and having an impact on a country that had a model Immunization Plan, which was not used by the president. This resistance involved members of civil society and the other branches of the Republic. The work, being done by the Phenomenology-Existential Hermeneutic epistemology, investigates the phenomenon in the factual, contextualized world, to understand what makes the phenomenon possible at the local and global level, since denialism has links with contemporary fascism, internationally articulated. Just as resistance is anchored in scientific and democratic values.
