Resumo(s)
The article presents Brazilian visual artist Hudinilson Urbano Jr. and seeks reflections on the concept of self-image which in many different ways is present in his work, be it by means of the confluence of his house/flat/atelier, as well as through his reference notebooks and visual production. Based on the analysis of his photographic performances “Xerox Action — exercise of seeing myself”, the article indicates how those images unfold themselves in many others by means of the use of photocopy machines. We believe that this analysis and approach may in some ways contribute to the understanding of his work which is still little known in Brazil
