Information technologies, much like in many other fields, have provided ways to simplify
and modernize a variety of aspects of life that were previously analog. In recent years, Acro
Companion has been working to digitize all gymnastics disciplines.
Acro Companion aims to develop a system that enables the visualization of data related to
judges’ bias in gymnastics disciplines. This system allows the governing body to track athletes’
scores and rankings assigned by judges throughout a competition, in order to understand whether
the athletes’ evaluation is fair or not.
This article demonstrates the development of the system for visualizing information regarding
judges’ bias in gymnastics disciplines, presenting it as the solution for the referenced objective.
The main objectives to be achieved with this system, its functioning, and the advantages it offers
are discussed.
