O AXIS4ALL é uma nova versão da aplicação AXIS e caracteriza-se por ser um sistema
orientado para o negócio da Construção, incluindo um conjunto de módulos que, interagindo entre si,
asseguram o tratamento da informação necessária às diferentes vertentes do negócio (Mão-de-Obra,
Equipamento, Compras, Stocks, Contratos e Facturação). A nova versão da aplicação AXIS inclui
ainda funcionalidades de configuração/adaptação à realidade de outros países, permitindo a
utilização em várias línguas, o registo de valores monetários em diferentes moedas e a incorporação
de processos de adaptação a diferentes regras de tratamento de dados.
As principais funcionalidades/características do AXIS4ALL incluem:
• Definição por parte do utilizador de certos comportamentos e alguns dos aspectos visuais
dos ecrãs com que interage;
• Produção de relatórios definidos pelo utilizador a partir de conjuntos de dados seleccionados
por este;
• Carregamento de informação a partir de media externos (e.g., ficheiro Excel com dados de
articulado, medições, fichas de empregado, partes diárias);
• Integração com sistemas externos ERP de forma transparente ao utilizador e em tempo útil;
• Incorporação e modelação de processos (workflow) (e.g., processos de compras, aprovação de autos, transferência de equipamentos).
AXIS4ALL is a new version of an existing application, called AXIS, and is characterized for being a system that targets the Construction business, including a set of modules that guarantee the treatment of the information necessary to the different components of the business (Manpower, Equipment, Purchases, Stocks, Contracts and Billing). The new version of the AXIS application has also the possibility of being adapted to the reality of other countries, allowing the use different languages, the register of monetary values in different currencies, and the incorporation of adaptation processes to different rules of data treatment. The main characteristics/functionalities of the AXIS4ALL application include: Definition of certain behaviors and some of the visual aspects of the human computer interface to be done by the user. Production of reports defined by the user from data sets chosen by her or him; Loading of information from external media (e.g., Excel file with articulated data, measurements, daily files of employees); Integration with external ERP systems, transparent to the user and in useful time; Incorporation and modeling of processes (workflow) (e.g., purchases, equipment transference).
