Mudanças estéticas, económicas e científicas têm configurado modos de fazer e de estudar teatro, não apenas em Portugal. Este texto pretende identificar e compreender actuais constrangimentos e oportunidades, contribuindo desta forma para escolhas que possam influir na aparente “ordem das coisas”. Conhecer ajuda a criar, a inovar e a defender caminhos num território que tende à padronização das formas artísticas.
Aesthetic, economic and scientific changes have figured modalities of doing and studying theatre, not only in Portugal. This text wants to identify and understand actual constraints and opportunities, contributing to make choices that may influence the apparent “order of things”. To know helps us to create, to innovate and to sustain the existence of roads in a territory which tend to the patronizing of artistic forms.
