O protagonista é o vinho, mas não é um estudo sobre vinho. Não procure aqui um manual de enologia.
Não o encontrará. Leia-me antes como um passeio com o vinho, uma vida com o vinho. Espero que seja lido
como uma dissertação de generalidades úteis, que não de banalidades inúteis. O objectivo foi descomplicar o
que frequentemente é apresentado como não simples. Se este texto servir nem que seja a uma pessoa para
desmistificar e desmitificar o vinho, já valeu a pena escrevê-lo. Atenção: este não é um livro de auto-ajuda! Este
trabalho, se fosse contra algo, seria contra qualquer estirpe de gurus. Este é uma dissertação pelo vinho. Há
momentos para tudo no vinho. Mas há poucos momentos como o estar com um copo de vinho na mão
esquecidos de que temos um copo de vinho na mão. Mais importante que ostentar saber sobre vinho, é ter
genuína satisfação em conhecer com o vinho. É para isso que o vinho serve, foi por isso que quis realizar e
completar este mestrado. Leia-me sem moderação.
In this study, the star is the wine, but it is not about wine. Do not search here a winemaking manual. You will not find it. Look at this study as a tour with the wine, a life with the wine.l hope that this dissertation serves as one of useful generalities, instead of useless platitudes. The aim was to uncomplicate what is usually presented as not simple. If this text helps one single person to demystify and demitify the wine, it's a win! But attention: this is not a self-aide book! If this work could be considered against anything, it would be against wine- gurus. This is a dissertation FOR the wine! In the wine we have all-stars moments. But none like having a glass of wine, without thinking at the same time that we are drinking that glass of wine. In that time, the wineis reaching its goal, filling the leaks of lifelMore important than boasting knowledge about wine, is having genuine pleasure in knowing with wine. That's the role of wine. That's why | wanted to realise and complete this master. Read me without moderation.
