Abstract(s)
O presente relatório visa descrever as atividades desenvolvidas em estágio final do curso de mestrado em Arquitetura Paisagista do Instituto Superior de Agronomia, ISA. O estágio foi realizado entre 19 de fevereiro e 7 de junho de 2024 no Departamento de Gestão Urbanística da Câmara Municipal de Loures (DPGU), no Departamento do Plano Diretor Municipal (DPDM), tendo tido por objetivo a preparação de uma proposta para a qualificação do solo rústico para a 2ª revisão do PDM.
Neste relatório é apresentada uma análise crítica ao regulamento em vigor que caracteriza o solo rústico, de forma a verificar a sua viabilidade atual, sempre com base nos planos de hierarquia superiores. Posto isto, diagnosticou-se a necessidade de uma atualização desta qualificação, tendo sido elaborada uma nova regulamentação e o devido relatório de fundamentação, acompanhada da respetiva planta, desenvolvida com o recurso a software de sistema de informação geográfica (SIG).
No fim do relatório, apresento uma síntese sobre a capacitação obtida neste estágio, além de uma reflexão crítica do modelo de estágio.
This report aims to describe the activities developed in the final stage of the master's course in Landscape Architecture at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, ISA. The internship was carried out at the Urban Management Department of Loures City Council, in the Department of Municipal Master Plan, with the aim of preparing a proposal for the qualification of the rustic soil for the 2nd revision of the Municipal Master Plan. This report presents a critical analysis of the regulation in force that characterizes rustic soil, to verify its current viability, always based on higher hierarchy plans. That said, the need for an update of this qualification was diagnosed, so a new regulation was prepared, accompanied by its plan, developed using geographic information system (GIS) software and the appropriate substantiation report. At the end of the report, I make a synthesis of the training obtained in this internship, in addition to a critical reflection of the internship model.
