O presente artigo revisita a evolução do princípio do tratamento mais favorável e as suas potenciais aplicações na atualidade, abordando e articulando as suas duas concepções: o princípio do tratamento mais favorável do trabalhador (favor laboratoris) e o princípio do tratamento mais adequado da situação de trabalho (favor laboris).
This article revisits the evolution of the principle of the most favourable treatment and its potential applications in the present day, addressing and articulating its two conceptualizations: the principle of the most favourable treatment of the worker (favor laboratoris) and the principle of the most appropriate treatment of the employment situation (favor laboris).
