This study explores the relationship between Organizational Culture (OC) and Knowledge Sharing (KS) in publication between 2010 and 2023. Through the Systematic Literature Review, 73 empirical articles from the Scopus and Web Of Science databases were analyzed in order to identify patterns in investigations on the subject. The study reveals a significant increase in academic interest in the relationship between OC and KS since 2015, highlighting the scientific journal Sustainability as the main source of publications. The results reveal that OC has a crucial role in facilitating KS, particularly in organizations with Clan and Adhocracy Cultures, which encourage collaboration and innovation. On the other hand, the Hierarchical and Market Cultures are considered barriers to KS, due to the focus on results, control and competitiveness. In addition, gender also influences KS, with women facing greater obstacles in KS in environments dominated by male norms. The geographic diversity of the studies, highlighting the UK and China, demonstrates that OC impacts KS in a distinct way in different cultural contexts, supporting the importance of cultural factors in KS.
