Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in the organizational context. Numerous studies have shown the positive impacts that job satisfaction has on performance, loyalty, willingness to stay, among others. As job satisfaction is a key component in the organizational context, it is essential to understand the factors that lead an individual to feel satisfied. It is in this context that this study emerges. The data used are from a questionnaire conducted with employees of a company in the industry/retail sector, as part of a project by the National Human Resources Observatory (ONRH) in partnership with Qmetrics. An exploratory data analysis was performed, and a multiple linear regression model was created to explain overall satisfaction with the company. The study variables were Labor Infrastructure, Organizational Involvement, Customer Orientation, Interpersonal Relationships, Autonomy, Recognition, Professional Development, Compensation/Benefits, and other characterization variables.
