There has been recently a renewed interest in the. concept of synergy due to increasing levels of economic, competitive complexity which are forcing synergy due to increasing levels of economic, technological
organizations to achieve greater benefits from strategic planning to achieve greater benefits from strategic planning. There is however the need for a technique which will enable managers to evaluate on a case by case basis, the potential synergy of a new market entry. To present such a technique is the purpose of the paper.
