O presente relatório final foi elaborado no âmbito da realização da Disciplina de Projecto
em Engenharia Informática (PEI) do Mestrado em Engenharia Informática (MEI), da
Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (FCUL).
O projecto descrito neste documento foi realizado no âmbito do desenvolvimento de um
Sistema de Informação para a gestão de recursos hídricos.
Este projecto é uma iniciativa de um Instituto Público e consiste na implementação de um
sistema de informação de suporte à actividade de licenciamento e gestão de títulos de
utilização de recursos hídricos, sistema este que assenta na implementação de dois portais,
um portal de gestão das utilizações dos recursos hídricos e um site web das utilizações dos
recursos hídricos.
O projecto contou com uma fase inicial onde realizei o levantamento de requisitos macro
do sistema, seguindo-se a especificação e desenho das funcionalidades a desenvolver.
Durante o desenvolvimento do sistema efectuei ainda testes unitários e testes integrados,
sendo disponibilizadas várias releases para validação do Instituto Público dos módulos
implementados. Este processo foi cíclico, com a redefinição de desenho de algumas
funcionalidades.
O projecto foi desenvolvido por uma equipa constituída por 10 elementos, embora não
estivessem afectos ao projecto todos os elementos ao mesmo tempo. A média de elementos
a trabalhar ao mesmo tempo foi de 7 pessoas.
This final report has been prepared under the scope of Disciplina de Projecto em Engenharia Informática (PEI) of Mestrado em Engenharia Informática (MEI), of Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. The project described in this document was conducted in the development of an Information system for the management of water resources. This project is an initiative of a Public Institute, and consists in the implementation of an information system that supports the licensing and management of titles of use of water resources, system which is based on the implementation of two portals, a portal for the management of the uses of water resources and a website of the uses of water resources. The project included a initial phase of macro requirements of the system, followed by the specification and design of features to be developed. During the development of the system were conducted unit and integration tests, and was provided several releases for validation of the Public Institute of the modules implemented. This process was cyclical, with the redefinition of some of the design features. The project was developed by a team consisting of 10 elements, although they were not assigned to the project at the same time. The average of elements working at the same time was 7 persons.
